We represent yacht and shipowners, insurers, underwriters, P&I clubs and boat manufacturers. We do both litigation and transaction work. We litigate all property, cargo, hull and machinery claims, first and third party insurance claims, subrogation claims, charter party disputes, marine contract disputes, maritime liens, ship’s mortgages, warranty claims, products liability claims, personal injury, wrongful death and Jones Act claims. We have significant experience in all stages of litigation through appeal. On the transactional side, we draft marine contracts and charter parties.
